Magnetic Strips
| PERMAFLEX® magnetic strips are made from high coercive
magnetic powder (barium- or strontium- ferrite) mixed
with a high quality flexible plastic (PE)
By the input of diverse magnetic powders, and differing
filling grades, strips can be produced with various magnetic
and mechanical features.
PERMAFLEX® magnetic strips, following their production,
are permanently magnetised in an extruder, multi-pole with
equal covering on one side. If required, axial magnetisation
is possible.
PERMAFLEX® 424 of isotropic hard ferrite 4/24p, medium
filling grade
PERMAFLEX® 928 of anisotropic hard ferrite 9/28p, high
filling grade, high flexibility.
PERMAFLEX® 1750 of high-quality neodymium-iron-boron
material
PERMAFLEX® 5014 of semi-anisotropic hard ferrite 5/14p
medium filling grade. The PVC surface is mat white or silkscreen
printed coloured. |
