Of neodymium-iron-boron



A high-quality magnetic material by which the highest adhesive

strength is achieved by the smallest volume.

 

Highly resistant to corrosion through nickel or zinc plating.

Alternative coatings are available, e.g. epoxy. The standard

delivery form of the magnets is with nickel plating.

Corrosion stabilised NdFeB magnets

An elaborate new manufacturing method enables so-called corrosion stabilised Nd-FeB magnets to be produced.

 

Hereby, in a strictly controlled production process, cobalt, copper, aluminium and traces of other elements are mixed with the neodymium-iron-boron components.

 

This new alloy features high corrosion stability and allows a wide range of application, without the requirement of an additional protection coating.
