RHEINMAGNET Magnetic foils

PERMAFLEX® / PERMADYM®

Permanent magnetic foils are made from highly coercive magnetic powder (strontium ferrite / NdFeB powder) mixed with 10% plastic polyethylene (PE) plus additional additives/waxes.

Various filling levels, powder qualities and production processes mean that foils with various magnetic and mechanical properties can be produced. 

PERMAFLEX® / PERMADYM® magnetic foils are made by the calendering process and are then permanently multi-pole magnetised on one face.
